I have a space for rent that would be perfect for a detailing shop or a small mechanics place. Not enough space for a lift for cars but it has a lot of potential. It is in the splattered platter pottery studio building on middletown germantown rd in poasttown.If you want to check it out call us at 513-217-0965 and we will gladly show it to you. 

Also have a ton of space in the back for rv-boat-trailer or whatever storage. $25 a month per space. Could probably get at least 40 pieces back there. Fenced in and locked.
